Breath Lock ("the App") is a personal digital wellbeing app developed by BeetaHub ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Data Collection
Breath Lock does notcollect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All app data — including your selected apps, breathing session history, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and within Apple's Screen Time framework.
Screen Time API
The App uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, DeviceActivity) to shield selected apps and require a breathing exercise before access. This data is managed entirely by Apple's framework on your device. We do not have access to your Screen Time data, app usage history, or any information about which apps you use.
App Groups & Shared Data
The App uses Apple App Groups to share data between the main app and its extensions (Shield Configuration, Shield Action, Device Activity Monitor). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted externally.
Notifications
The App sends local notifications to prompt you to complete a breathing exercise. These notifications are generated on your device and do not involve any external push notification service.
Analytics & Tracking
We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect crash reports, usage data, or device identifiers.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data.
Children's Privacy
Breath Lock is designed for personal use by individuals. It is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
