Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Breath Lock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Breath Lock is a personal digital wellbeing app that uses Apple's Screen Time API to shield selected apps behind a breathing exercise. The App is intended for personal use to help build mindful phone habits.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for granting Screen Time permissions to the App.
  • You may select and deselect apps to shield at any time.
  • The App requires your authorization to function. You may revoke access at any time through your device's Screen Time settings.

Limitations

The App relies on Apple's Screen Time API and is subject to its limitations and behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App does not prevent access to emergency services or essential device functions.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are owned by BeetaHub. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeetaHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
